Mediation
Julia serves as a neutral mediator to help parties resolve their matter privately in a non-adversarial manner. As a mediator, Julia does not take sides, and does not impose decisions on the parties. Rather, she encourages collaboration and facilitates discussions between the parties to help them make their own decisions about how to best resolve their matter. Child and Family Investigation
Julia acts as a Child & Family Investigator pursuant to C.R.S. § 14-10-116.5 and is on the CFI Eligibility Roster for the 1st, 2nd and 18th Judicial Districts of Colorado. Julia is dedicated to serving the best interests of the children at issue and providing an opinion that can help facilitate an effective co-parenting relationship. Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker

Unbundled Legal Services
Julia is available to provide legal advice and guidance to those who plan to represent themselves in their matter, but want or need some limited assistance from an attorney. This attorney/client relationship is referred to as the provision of Unbundled Legal Services and is permitted by the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct.
Children’s Legal Representative (CLR)
Julia acts a CLR pursuant to C.R.S. § 14-10-116(2). A CLR is an attorney for the child(ren) at issue, appointed by the court to represent the child’s best interests. Please email Julia to determine her availability and rates.
